National Sales Manager, Hyderabad

The National Sales Manager (NSM) will lead the company's Pan-India sales operations for the Corn (Maize) and Pulse Seeds business. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, strengthening the distributor network, developing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring successful commercialization of new hybrids and varieties.

The incumbent will collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Seed Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to deliver sustainable business growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships across India.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 15+ years of sales experience in Agri Inputs, Seeds, Crop Protection, Fertilizers, or allied agricultural industries. Proven experience in leading national sales operations and managing large, multi-state sales teams. Strong strategic planning, business development, and channel management skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
