About the Role

Reports to: Head of Technology We are looking for a CRM Systems Implementer to join our Information Systems department. This hands-on role combines business process design, system architecture, building and implementing CRM solutions using AI tools, and end-to-end project management.

We are seeking a professional who can translate business requirements into technological solutions, design effective system architectures, and independently build and implement intuitive, user-friendly solutions using advanced AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement CRM systems and business processes using AI tools. Design system architectures, data structures, tables, entity relationships, and business logic. Design and build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces (UI), screens, and workflows, with a strong focus on user experience (UX). Lead CRM projects from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment.

Design and develop sales processes, lead management, customer management, contract management, and other organizational workflows. Lead migrations from existing CRM platforms to new solutions developed using AI. Design and implement system integrations using APIs and automation tools. Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to systems under the role's responsibility.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) implementation and configuration. Experience designing business processes and translating requirements into technological solutions. Hands-on experience in UI design and building user-friendly business applications, with a strong understanding of UX principles. Strong understanding of data structures, table relationships, system architecture, and business logic.

Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and automation tools. Ability to work independently, manage projects, and maintain a broad, system-level perspective. Experience using AI tools to build and develop systems and technological solutions – significant advantage. Experience with Priority ERP – advantage.
