Parts and Service Specialist

Description Parts Specialist duties and responsibilities A Parts Specialist needs to perform well under pressure and understand the fluctuating needs for various replacement parts to excel in the role. They’re responsible for keeping the business well-stocked and keeping customers happy. Some day-to-day Parts Specialist job duties include: Maintain optimal inventory levels Monitoring the current parts inventory Pricing parts to maintain profitability Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them Helping customers find and purchase the correct parts Overseeing special orders and creating POs Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs Greeting customers Helping customers with service requests Open and Closing WOs Requirements Must be organized and detail oriented.

Must be punctual Must be able to work as part of a team Open to thinking outside the box and implementing new ideas Must be a leader of change Must be willing to work in a fun enviroment!
