Purchase Officer - Real Estate Industry

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to join a leading organization in the real estate and construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring raw materials and construction-related supplies at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery, effective vendor management, and adherence to project budgets.

Job Responsibilities

Procure raw materials, equipment, and construction-related supplies required for ongoing projects. Obtain quotations, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate prices, quality, and delivery schedules. Ensure procurement is carried out at competitive rates while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability.

Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance. Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules. Prepare and maintain procurement records, purchase reports, and documentation. Monitor procurement budgets and support cost-effective sourcing initiatives. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely supply and resolve delivery-related issues.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Job Requirements: B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Experience in sourcing construction materials and vendor management. Good negotiation and communication skills.
