Retail Training Store Manager

Responsible for training new and existing Store Managers using various training methods. Accountable for managing the operations of donated merchandise in accordance with established business practices as mandated by the agency’s policies, procedures, and budget projections.

Training Store Manager are only current Store Managers that have been in the role for 18 months or greater. Year to date revenue budget is met. MyPerformance total score is 80 or above year to date. Store visit guide average is 90% or above year to date. Annual assessment score is 90% of above (Last Completed) Interview panel will be selected to conduct the interview utilizing the approved Round Robin Questions
