Position: Virtual Teller (Temporary) Department: Retail Banking Location: Kirksville, MO (South) (On-Site) Status: Temporary/Hourly We are seeking a customer-focused and dependable Temporary Virtual Teller to provide exceptional service through video and digital banking channels. Responsibilities

and Expectations Key Responsibilities Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Provide professional and friendly service while promoting use of the Video Teller Machine Assist customers with inquiries, account servicing, and routine banking requests Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs Support Customer Banking Needs Educate customers on bank products, services, and digital banking tools Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to appropriate business partners Promote strong customer relationships through quality service Ensure Regulatory Compliance Follow all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures Complete required compliance training Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality Perform Other Duties as Assigned Support team and department objectives during the temporary assignment Required Skills & Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Banking, teller, customer service, or call center experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable interacting with customers through video and digital channels Proficient with Windows-based systems and basic computer applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to solve problems and work effectively in a team environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Who We Are Equity Bank, a full-service, $7.
