The position is based in Montreal and follows a hybrid work model, with a few days per week in the office. What you bring Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience (private practice and/or in-house) Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills Autonomy, sound judgment, and strong prioritization skills Excellent attention to detail and rigor Your responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (procurement, marketing, technology, licensing, intellectual property, etc.)

; Identify risks and propose practical solutions aligned with business objectives; Contribute to compliance initiatives and internal stakeholder training.
