Director of Nursing (LTC) Full Time As one of the onl y independent , nonprofit critical acces s hospital in Nevada, Boulder City Hospital is seeking a professional Nursing Leader to be the heart of the hospital and influence our organization in a tangible way. The Director of Nursing will focus on strategic initiatives , employee development and day to day care for a 47 bed Skilled Nursing Unit th at enriches our resident ’s lives .

You would have a true affect related to Long Term Care service line and operational impact . Given that you would work on site with a team of professional ; you would have resources for success and opportunities to impact change . This position will allow you to have influence and ensure that the community continues to have quality healthcare serves in the area or close to home .
