Sales Specialist (Croatian-speaking)

What You'll Be Doing Work with warm and cold leads in the Croatian market Winning back ex-clients Reach clients using phone calls & email, and WhatsApp communication Present the Jooble product & cover client questions Work with CRM (Salesforce): log all interactions in the system, search for new leads in the old database, analyze the sales funnel Customer research & feedback: identify client needs & blockers, share insights with the product team, achieve individual sales targets.

Who We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in sales Fluent Croatian (to communicate with clients) English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written to communicate with the team) CRM experience Strong communication skills️ Computer literacy (G Suite, AI tools, etc) Experience in B2B sales and HR-tech, job boards, or related fields is a big plus What We Offer Fully remote work Flexible schedule: 7 hours/day (excluding lunch), Monday to Friday Freelance employment Paid training during the first week 16 days paid vacation + Croatian public holidays Become part of an international company with a mission to help people find jobs all over the world
