The Opportunity Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Server Assistant / Busser supporting the dual-branded campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park .

Our Food & Beverage team creates exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, thoughtful details, and seamless execution.

We are seeking hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate guest needs, and take pride in supporting memorable dining experiences. As a Server Assistant / Busser, You'll: Support Servers and Hosts in delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout each meal period. Assist with food delivery, beverage service, and guest requests as directed by service staff.

Maintain water service and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience. Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly according to company standards and sanitation guidelines. Assist with table maintenance, including crumbing tables and replacing service items as needed. Transport used dishes, glassware, and utensils from the dining room to designated dish areas.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, patios, waiting areas, and service stations. Stock silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and service supplies throughout each shift. Fold napkins, polish silverware, and maintain fully stocked side stations. Assist with banquet and special event setup, service, and breakdown as needed.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and communicate service concerns to leadership. Foster teamwork and collaboration with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless operations.

What We're Looking For

Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think clearly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

Ability to learn service standards, menu offerings, and dining room operations quickly. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support fellow Curators. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred. Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. Ability to carry service trays, bussing tubs, and restaurant supplies safely and effectively. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
