Sales Engineer - Generators

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to drive generator sales, develop new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships across the UAE market. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of generators, proven sales experience and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve generator sales targets across the UAE. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Prepare sales quotations based on customer requirements, technical specifications and market pricing.

Follow up on sales enquiries, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into orders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer demands to identify business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries and effective sales execution. Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and sales pipeline reports.

Requirements

3–8 years of experience in generator sales, with proven exposure to the UAE market. Strong technical knowledge of generators, product specifications and applications. Proven experience in business development, quotation preparation, commercial negotiations and sales closing. Established customer relationships and a good understanding of the UAE generator market.

Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
