Service advisor

Previous experience in automotive after-sales service or customer service is an advantage. Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and automotive systems. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify customer concerns and coordinate with workshop technicians.

Prepare job cards, repair estimates, service quotations, and invoices. Explain repair requirements, costs, and service recommendations to customers. Monitor repair progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery. Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain customer satisfaction. Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership management systems.
