Role Overview As a Nurse Practitioner with Ultra Health Providers, you will serve as a trusted clinician for residents in your assigned facility.

You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and partner closely with nursing staff and administrators to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This position would be after hours (after 5:00) rounding AND/OR weekend rounding
