Field Service Technician

Specialized work involving various non-emergency calls for service in response to incidents and activities including, but not limited to, non-violent non-confrontational calls for service as well as conducting non-emergency/non-priority investigation calls. Employees assigned to this classification must be able to act effectively without direct supervision and are expected to exercise discretion, caution, common sense, reasonable calmness, and self-control under adverse conditions while maintaining control of a particular situation or non-emergency call for service.
