Reliant’s Student Loan Recovery Specialist is responsible for managing and recovering delinquent higher education accounts. The Student Loan Recovery Specialist maintains a workflow of delinquent loan accounts managing them to completion while complying with daily, weekly, and monthly goals. This is a full time, non-exempt position that reports directly to the Director of Operations. This position is onsite.
