Job description

Full-time

  • 3 openings: a 6 AM, a 9 AM and a 3 PM start A great coach isn't measured by one hard session. It's measured by clients who keep showing up, keep improving and keep renewing. We grew from one club to four in under two years, and we're still growing. We're hiring coaches who are confident they can fill their own book and help fill the team's. Sell training another coach delivers and you still earn on it. As a Lead Elite Coach, you'll set the standard on our floor: the coach newer coaches watch, learn from and want to become. Lead coaches who develop others are first in line for head coach and leadership roles. What you'll own Your sessions. Coach 1:1, semi-private and small-group sessions with clean technique, safe progressions and real energy. The standard. Model clean technique and strong coaching habits in every session, and help newer coaches level up through feedback, shadowing and example. Your book. Own your clients' results in and out of the gym. Assess new clients, build programs around their goals, coach nutrition and accountability, and adjust as they progress. Follow up when someone misses a session, and rebook before a package runs out. The floor. Be a familiar face during your shift. Learn members' names and goals, and turn first sessions into clients who stay. The team's books. Turn floor conversations, assessments and referrals into packages for yourself and the other coaches. When your schedule is full, keep selling and hand clients off to the right coach. Your numbers. Revenue, client retention, client experience scores and on-time session check-ins. These decide your level and your bonus, and you'll review them with your GM and with Michael, our Director of Training and Member Results. What you bring A current CPT from a nationally accredited organization (such as NASM, ACE, NSCA or ACSM), plus current CPR/AED. At least 2 years coaching clients 1:1 or in small groups, with a book you built yourself. A track record of selling and renewing training packages. You know your monthly revenue and retention. Clear communication and coaching that meets clients where they are. General nutrition guidance within a trainer's scope, and knowing when to refer to a dietitian. Pay Full-time coaches in similar roles earned $85,000 to $95,000 in 2025, before selling sessions for other coaches. Per-session pay of about $46 to $72 for every session you deliver, rising as you move up our coach levels. Guaranteed $25/hour for up to 40 hours a week during your first 4 weeks, while you build your client base. $25/hour for scheduled time outside sessions. Extra commission when you sell training, including sessions other coaches deliver, plus on the memberships you sell. Quarterly bonuses and more earning opportunities as you grow.

Benefits

KlickWay pays 50% of premiums after 90 days. Paid sick leave. Employee discounts. Schedule Three full-time openings, each built around a set start time: 6 AM, 9 AM or 3 PM.
