Job Description As an expert for Digital Forensics and Incident Response (m/f/d/x), you will independently support our clients at a technical level on all matters relating to IT forensics and security incident management.

Your responsibilities

Conducting and coordinating forensic analyses during incident response engagements, both remotely and on-site Securing and preserving digital evidence Processing findings and conclusions Providing technical and organizational security consulting to our clients, e.g., on attack containment measures and IT security incident response Facilitating workshops and risk assessments Participating in client events, trade fairs, and industry forums Participating in on-call and emergency response standby duties Requirements In addition to a successfully completed specialized education /degree or comparable qualifications, you bring: Experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response or in network and system administration with a security focus Sound knowledge of relevant forensic tools (e.

g., X-Ways Forensics, The Sleuth Kit, Magnet AXIOM, FTK Imager, Velociraptor, THOR, or comparable tools) Sound knowledge of relevant EDR solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Crowd.
