Senior Manager, Business Operations

The Business Operations Senior Manager is a senior member of Invest. Cloud's Global Business Operations (GBO) team, responsible for leading the cross-functional programs and operational disciplines that keep the business running with precision. This role owns the end-to-end processes behind Jira and Tempo, and delivery reporting, turning strategy into standardized, measurable, and repeatable operations across APL, Digital Wealth, and the broader organization.

Partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, the Business Operations Senior Manager drives the initiatives that improve profitability, transparency, and operational excellence firm wide.
