JOB DESCRIPTION As the first dedicated Partnership team member focused on post-sale partners you will:

• Own the full post-sale partner relationship, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
• Drive retention, partner health, and revenue growth across Chariot’s partner base
• Reduce time-to-value by standardizing onboarding and accelerating early partner impact
• Increase adoption of core features and new product releases
• Act as the connective tissue between our partners and the Chariot team 👤 ABOUT YOU

• High agency and urgency. You want everything to move faster and see problems as your problem
• Strong strategic instincts paired with execution
• Comfortable owning hard partner conversations and senior stakeholder relationships
