Safety, Training, & Quality Specialist

The Safety, Training and Quality Specialist supports Opterra Solutions’ health, safety, fleet, regulatory compliance, employee training, and quality assurance programs. This position works closely with field employees, supervisors, managers, and customers to promote safe work practices, improve operational performance, verify compliance, and ensure vegetation-management services meet company and customer expectations.

The Specialist regularly visits field operations involving mechanical vegetation cutting, herbicide application, commercial motor vehicles, tractors, heavy equipment, roadside work, and other specialized activities. The position serves as a visible field resource, providing coaching, training, inspections, incident support, and corrective-action follow-up.
