Position Summary

The FP&A Manager (Financial Planning & Analysis) is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and decision support to help BAUER COMPRESSORS, INC. (BCI) understand business performance and make informed financial and operational decisions. The position supports budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, with a focus on identifying the key drivers, risks, and opportunities impacting the business. Working closely with the CFO, Controller, and leaders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and other functions, the FP&A Manager translates financial and operational data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
