• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions (spine, joints, post-op)
• Create customized treatment plans focused on functional recovery
• Educate patients on recovery expectations and home exercises
• Collaborate with providers and fellow therapists
• Maintain compliant, accurate documentation (EMR) Requirements
• DPT and Massachusetts PT license - 1–2+ years’ outpatient ortho or sports rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong interpersonal and team skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload while keeping patients engaged Compensation & Benefits
