1. FloTHERM simulation or relative tools.
2. Measurement skill.
3. Three years or above of server thermal experiences.
4. Familiar with 氣冷(Air To Air)、水冷(Liquid To Air)、浸沒式(Immersion Cooling).
5. With good English competency in 4 skills, Toeic 650+ is a must.
