Medical Technologist Pay Information: Hourly: $29.00-$36.25/hour Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Relocation Assistance: $5,000 Medical Technologist Opportunity: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire position Various scheduling opportunities available, working days or evening shifts The Medical Technologist will perform routine and complex laboratory tests to support the diagnosis and treatment of diseases while following established standards and procedures.

Troubleshoot testing issues, maintain laboratory systems and quality control, and provide instruction and guidance as needed. Medical Technologist Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required by the certification entity, with an exception for MTs holding Health & Human Services certification issued before 1987.

Completion of an approved Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) training program.
