Senior Development Analyst

Hillwood Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Development Analyst to join our growing team at Alliance. Texas in North Fort Worth, Texas, reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Development. The desired individual will support a broad range of development, financial underwriting, pre-development, land development, and operating activities across real estate and industrial projects. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, manage due diligence, support project execution, and provide strategic analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong financial and operational acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
