Candidates must have significant experience litigating wage and hour class and PAGA claims and must have excellent writing and legal analysis skills. Attorneys work collaboratively as a team on class and PAGA matters, and the expectation is for a senior associate and/or senior counsel to be able to provide meaningful contribution to strategic decision-making and handling of advanced tasks. Qualifications

5+ years of wage and hour litigation experience, including significant class and PAGA litigation Active California State Bar admission JD degree from an ABA accredited law school Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong legal analysis and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills
