📍 Location: Baltimore and Surrounding Counties 🕒 Job Type: Full-time / Part-time 💰 Salary Range: $17 - $20 per hour 🎯 Experience Required: 1-2 years working with youth or behavioral health

**About the Role: **

We are seeking compassionate 1:1 Support Staff to provide direct supervision and emotional support for youth in out-of-home care.

Your role

will be to de-escalate conflicts, encourage positive behavior, and ensure a safe environment.

**Key Responsibilities: **

✔️ Supervise and support youth on a 1:1 basis. ✔️ Use crisis de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement. ✔️ Assist with daily activities, social engagement, and behavior coaching. ✔️ Maintain daily reports and service documentation. ✔️ Ensure youth safety and follow mandated reporting guidelines.

**Requirements: **

🔹 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license. 🔹 High School Diploma/GED + 2 years experience OR 🔹 Associate’s degree + 1 year experience in human services. 🔹 Certified or willing to complete training in: Crisis Intervention, First Aid & CPR. 🔹 **Background check required. **
