OTR Company Driver - Regional

We are specifically looking for regional/OTR drivers with an X endorsement (hazmat/tanker) . Flatbed experience is preferred for certain lanes we’re hiring for, but not required—we can train the right candidate. Driver Requirements: 2+ years CDL-A experience (3+ preferred for tanker) X endorsement (required) Clean MVR (max 2 violations, no majors) No preventable accidents in the last 3 years (will consider 1–2 minor) No Clearinghouse violations Prior hazmat/tanker experience strongly preferred 3 years verifiable employment with no major gaps and limited job hopping Compensation: 2–4 years experience: $0.

66 CPM (all miles) 5+ years experience: $0.69 CPM (all miles) Add-ons (loaded miles): Hazmat: +$0.05 CPM Flatbed: +$0.10 CPM Specialty freight: +$0.15 CPM (target roles we are actively filling—puts drivers up to $0.84 CPM) Monthly bonus: $250 (requires hazmat endorsement) We are specifically looking for regional/OTR drivers with an X endorsement (hazmat/tanker) .
