Kitchen Staff/Tarrant County Jail

Selrico Services Inc. is seeking dedicated and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our team at the Tarrant County Jail in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation and service meet safety and quality standards in a secure correctional environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to established recipes and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and security protocols specific to the correctional facility.

• Assist with inventory management and food storage procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow specific guidelines and work in a secure, correctional environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule as needed.

• Must pass background checks and comply with facility regulations.
