Adult Basketball Supervisor

Job Title: Adult Basketball Supervisor Deerfield, IL At Deerfield Park District, we provide outstanding parks, services, facilities and recreation programs that enrich lives, promote healthy living and inspire memorable experiences. We are looking for hard working, caring people that support our mission. Our Adult Basketball Supervisor will perform tasks related to running the basketball league at the Sachs Recreation Center.

Mondays 6:00-9:30PM Pay rate: $18.00 Essential Functions Include: Set up scorer’s table. Operate scoreboard, including keeping time, fouls and score during the games. Ensures that teams sign in on the scoresheets. Record final scores for reporting to Athletic Supervisor. Ensure games are conducted in a safe, fair and timely manner.

Provide a high quality of customer service in a professional manner to the internal customer that will facilitate team building and exceptional customer service to the external customer. Follow the Deerfield Park District policies, procedures and guidelines. Maintains good safety and awareness and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older Works well in a team environment Must pass a background check Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with those contacted during work at all levels, including a culturally diverse public with a focus on safety and quality customer service Wage Range: $18 -$20, starting pay at the base of range.
