Sr. Plant Controller

The Senior Plant Controller will be responsible for both the Little Rock, AR campus. Additionally, this role will report functionally to the Director of Manufacturing Controllership and operationally to both the Little Rock Plant Manager and serve on the plant management leadership team. This role is a key influencing role with heavy emphasis on proactive outreach to manufacturing teams helping them to understand and drive superior operating performance.

Key areas of responsibility will include spend analysis, material & labor variance analysis, mid-month operational performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting, KPI (key performance indicators) management and reporting, asset safeguarding, annual cost roll, and evaluating/tracking out opportunities.
