We are looking for intern(s) to support our Compliance and Deviation Management (CDM) operations, which focus on monitoring compliance requirements, tracking deviations, and ensuring timely follow-up of issues across systems and processes.

The team works with data to understand operational performance, identify gaps, and support better decision-making. The selected intern(s) will assist in following: Support data analysis and reporting activities, including preparing datasets and assisting in dashboard development Assist in gathering business requirements and understanding reporting needs from stakeholders Help review and document existing processes, identifying opportunities to improve workflows Assist in project coordination activities, including meeting notes, tracking action items, and supporting team deliverables About You: Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, persuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related discipline Basic data handling skills, including familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets (e.

g. sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Analytical mindset, with an interest in understanding data and improving processes Good communication skills, with the ability to document information clearly Willingness to learn and work in a structured project environment Familiarity with dashboards or data visualisation tools (e.

g. Power BI) is a plus but not required Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of Health.
