Associate Attorney - Employment

Job Title : Litigation Attorney – Employment Location : Onsite, Hybrid or Remote (Los Angeles, CA 90245) About the Role : We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 1-10+ years of experience to join our Employment practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with skilled and experienced attorneys to represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials. Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. 1-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience. Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

& Benefits : Salary : $110,000-$210,000+, commensurate with experience.
