Manager, Building Services

The Manager of Building Services is directly responsible for the condition and operational readiness of the building and grounds at all times. This role oversees all building maintenance, grounds maintenance, and building services activities and functions as Safety Manager. Works with the Group Manager, Finance, and other stakeholders in evaluating, selecting and managing vendors for facility maintenance, security and capital improvements, and in preparing Building Services budgets.
