First Medical Benefits Tuition Assistance RN Loan Repayment HRA Fund Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Perks Employee Discounts Earn Points, Earn Rewards Professional Development Attendance Rewards Referral Program Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders and clinical standards Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatment goals Qualifications Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing BLS certification Compassionate, patient-focused personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred but not required Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule & Availability Full-Time and Part-Time Hours Evenings and Nights Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday) Located in scenic Havre de Grace, MD, Lorien Bulle Rock is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility offering both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services.
