General Manager

Busy Domino's Pizza Location Seeks, General Manager. Our Busy Season is Upon Us, We are looking for a Personable, Responsible Person to fill our General Manager Role. Domino’s General Manager Job Summary The General Manager oversees daily store operations, leads the team, and ensures excellent customer service, food quality, and efficient delivery.

This role is responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, financial performance, and maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers. Create schedules that support business needs and control labor costs. Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, delivery operations, and customer service. Monitor sales, food costs, labor, and overall store profitability. Manage inventory, product ordering, portion control, and waste.

Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and store records. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and applicable employment requirements. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized store and properly functioning equipment. Lead by example and build a positive, accountable team.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Understanding of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost control. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to perform essential duties, with reasonable accommodation as needed. Pay and Benefits Annual salary: $52,000 Health insurance and 401(k), subject to plan eligibility. Training and opportunities to advance into multi-store leadership and operations roles. Previous General Manager Food Service appreciated but not required Positive Up Beat Attitude Ability to multi task Ability to complete basic math Ability to Email, Text, Call and SPEAK IN PERSON to people.

Basic Computer Skills, Email, Word, Excel, App Usage. Ability to stand on your feet most of the work day. Salary and Profit share based on qualifications.
