The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing delicious BBQ and maintaining a clean and organized cooking environment.

This is a full-time, year-round position requiring availability on weekends and mornings.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook BBQ according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation Lift and carry items weighing 60 pounds or more as required Qualifications Previous experience as a BBQ cook or in a similar cooking role preferred Ability to work early morning shifts (7am - 3pm) and weekends Physical ability to lift 60+ pounds Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and participate in on-site training
