Job Title: Assembly Worker Job Location: Prague, Czech Republic Industry: Manufacturing / Production Job Description We are hiring Assembly Workers for a manufacturing facility in Prague, Czech Republic. Candidates will be responsible for product assembly, component handling, quality inspection, packing, and maintaining workplace safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble products by connecting, fitting, and securing various components. Follow assembly instructions, production procedures, and work specifications. Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Operate hand tools and relevant production equipment safely. Maintain production efficiency and achieve daily production targets.

Pack, label, and prepare finished products correctly. Pick, sort, and handle materials as required. Use barcode/RF scanners for production and inventory-related activities. Maintain accurate handling of materials and inventory. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow company health, safety, and production regulations.

Work effectively with supervisors and team members. Salary: €1,200 – €1,500 per month Requirements Minimum 12th / High School qualification Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred Welding certificate is an advantage Age: 18–50 years Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment Willingness to work according to production schedules and company procedures Benefits Gross Salary: €1,200 – €1,500 per month Net Salary: €1,000 – €1,400 per month Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week Overtime: Paid as per Czech law Accommodation: Company-provided; deduction of approximately €240–€480/month Transportation: Free transportation to/from work Food: Not provided; food allowance as per Czech law Medical Benefits: As per Czech law Annual Leave: 20 days/year Contract: 2 years, renewable
