Operation Support Coordinator

Schedule is: Full-Time

Salary is $70,000

The Operations Support Coordinator reports directly to the Residential Director and serves as a key operational leader within Residential Services. This position provides leadership, consultation, and direct support across residential programs to ensure continuity of service delivery, regulatory compliance, staffing stability, and quality outcomes. The Operations Support Coordinator serves as interim operational oversight for vacant management positions, provides coverage during management absences, supports new program development and start-up activities, assists with staffing and scheduling challenges, delivers training and coaching to direct support staff, participates in the agency's on-call rotation, and assists with quality improvement.
