(TK) Operator, Cogen Operation

Job Responsibilities

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on boiler mechanical components (pipes, valves, pumps, pressure vessels, etc.) Ensure all repairs follow SOPs and safety standards. Conduct routine inspections of physical condition and supporting systems. Monitor operating parameters to detect potential failures. Identify and analyze mechanical issues.

Provide technical solutions to minimize downtime Prepare reports on inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical). At least 1 years of experience in boiler maintenance. Knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, and pressure vessels. Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of welding, fitting, and alignment.
