Competitive Pay: $15–$20 per hour, with the final rate determined at orientation. Flexible Scheduling: Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Multiple Shift Options: Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Biweekly Pay: Receive your paycheck every two weeks. Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement for eligible work-related mileage.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver You’ll play an important role in helping seniors feel safe, supported, and comfortable in their own homes.

Your responsibilities

Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations. Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care. Preparing meals and providing medication reminders. Supporting mobility, transfers, and daily living activities. Performing light housekeeping and laundry. Helping with errands and transportation as needed.

Following individualized care plans and reporting changes in clients’ conditions. What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of paid professional caregiving experience through an agency . A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping seniors. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance for applicable positions.
