Experience mentoring or guiding engineers or delivery teams.

Experience with code reviews, testing, and production-quality engineering practices. Ability to collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders. Preferred qualifications. Experience with AWS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, or other cloud services. Experience with Kafka, messaging, or event-driven systems. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
