No RBT Coverage: Your role is BCBA clinical care, supervision, and leadership, not filling technician shifts.

What You'll Be Doing Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.

Conduct assessments and monitor children's progress. Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians. Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children. Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership. Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.

What We're Looking For

Active BCBA certification through the BACB. Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure. Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
