Dietary Aide

Dietary Aide Jasper Health Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable and caring Dietary Aide to join our team. This position plays an important role in providing our residents with nutritious meals and a positive dining experience in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation, setup, and service for residents Prepare resident trays according to menus and dietary instructions Deliver and retrieve meal trays as assigned Assist residents during meal service as appropriate Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and other kitchen equipment Clean and sanitize work areas, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and infection-control procedures Assist with stocking and organizing food and dietary supplies Follow resident diet orders, including texture modifications and other dietary restrictions Work cooperatively with dietary, nursing, and other facility staff Perform other dietary department duties as assigned Qualifications Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Ability to maintain appropriate sanitation and food-safety standards Must have a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents Must meet all applicable employment and health requirements What We Offer Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents Competitive pay Benefits available for eligible employees Opportunities for growth within Jasper Health Services, Inc.
