Job Details: Level: Entry, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, General cleaning of building and keeping it maintained and in excellent condition Cleaning and sanitizing meeting rooms, offices, bathrooms, kitchen, lunchroom and public areas Collect and dispose of trash Cleaning designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and use of floor scrubber) Maintaining and proper rotation of cleaning supplies Perform minor repairs and notify supervisor of major repairs Overtime and some weekend hours should be expected Operating a HILO to transport material for various reasons Assist the maintenance department when necessary Follow required PPE, and all Company and Safety policies Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 2-year relevant work experience preferred.

Excellent organizational & time management skills Self-Motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision Works well in a team environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
