Treasury & Financial Analyst

Metropolitan Companies is seeking a motivated Treasury & Financial Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Treasury, this role offers exposure to both corporate treasury functions and project-level financial analysis, making it an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build a well-rounded finance skill set.

Treasury Support daily cash positioning, bank account monitoring, and liquidity reporting Assist with intercompany funding activity and internal lending administration Prepare treasury reporting and reconciliations for management review Support periodic bank account access reviews and internal control procedures Assist with ad hoc treasury projects, including process documentation and system improvements Financial Analysis Partner with accounting on month-end close to ensure P&Ls are completed accurately and on time Assist in preparing management presentations and reporting deliverables to meet deadlines Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, systems, and reporting tools Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 0–3 years of relevant experience, including internships High proficiency in Excel; VBA and financial modeling skills strongly preferred Background in construction and/or accounting a plus Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Voluntary Benefits (Life Insurance, Short-term & Long-term Disability) Health Savings Plan (HSA) 401k Plan-Match Annual Bonus Holiday Pay Paid Time Off Bonus Program Employee Referral Bonus
