UAS Training Specialist

COLSA Corporation is seeking a motivated UAS Training Specialist to support our fast-paced Uncrewed Systems program in Huntsville, AL. This individual will develop and execute training programs in classroom and field environments, lead training sessions for team members and customers, and provide hands-on instruction and operational support for military uncrewed systems at customer sites.

Additional responsibilities include providing technical and logistical support to the program. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential functions) Employs UAS and/or system equipment in support of test ranges and combat scenario training Develops and maintains training curriculum and materials to ensure relevance and timeliness Conducts online and/or classroom training sessions Evaluates the effectiveness of training relative to objectives and maintains supporting records Provides input based on prior military experience to support system development and process improvements At COLSA, people are our most valuable resource and centered at our core value.
