Senior Skills and Education Co-ordinator

Based at Siemens Energy in Lincoln, this Senior Skills and Education Co-ordinator role supports and coordinates development programs for apprentices, interns, and graduates across the site. The position is responsible for designing training pathways that comply with Ofsted and Department for Education (DfE) regulations, managing relationships with educational institutions, and serving as the second nominee for Ofsted inspections.

It combines hands-on engineering training management with regulatory oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and candidate mentorship.
