As a key leader at our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you will oversee day-to-day operations across all clinical and administrative sites. You will drive operational excellence, ensure HRSA compliance, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Direct multi-site day-to-day clinical and administrative operations to improve patient access, workflow, and satisfaction. Strategic & Financial Alignment: Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and Board to execute strategic plans, manage operational budgets, and ensure fiscal sustainability. Compliance & Quality: Partner with the VP of Compliance to maintain strict adherence to HRSA, HIPAA, OSHA, and FQHC regulations while driving quality improvement initiatives.

Technology & Innovation: Oversees EHR optimization and digital health platforms to support data-driven decision-making. Workforce & Community Engagement: Lead, mentor, and build a sustainable talent pipeline for managers and staff while representing the organization to community stakeholders. Emergency Preparedness: Provide leadership for safety, disaster readiness, and business continuity.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH) strongly preferred. Experience: 7–10 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role. Strongly Preferred: Direct experience working within an FQHC or community health center setting.

Skills: Expert knowledge of HRSA requirements, multi-site practice operations, revenue cycle management, budgeting, and team-building through organizational change.
