Family Program House Manager, CPRS Preferred

Marian House seeks House Managers to support women in recovery and maintain a safe, structured home environment. This position works 8-hour shifts as part of our 24-hour coverage model, with scheduled hours varying based on staffing needs. Both Full Time and Part Time positions are available.

Responsibilities:

• Support residents' daily routines, recovery, and adherence to program expectations.
• Oversee resident activities, orient new residents, and supervise visitors.
• Complete shift documentation, conduct drug and alcohol screenings, and oversee meals.
• Help maintain clean shared spaces, household supplies, and report maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• CPRS certification strongly preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide compassionate support while maintaining clear boundaries.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders, mental health, and trauma strongly preferred.
• High school diploma/GED and one to two years of residential experience preferred.
• Basic computer and Microsoft application skills and a commitment to Marian House's mission.
